Participants are requested to check with the Consulate / Embassy of Argentina or diplomatic mission in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be sent posted on this website for participants' use. This letter is only to help visitors raise travel funds or to obtain a visa. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee or congress to provide any financial assistance. Liability and Insurance
The organizers are not able to take any responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the congress. Participants are advised to take their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

The Welcome Reception and Opening Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 18:40-20:00. There will be a Cultural Event and Reception on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 18:45-19:30.

The Eco Friendly conduct of WSPID 2009 includes:
Green print - For all printed materials, the paper is made from 50 - 100% paper waste or paper that is FEFC approved.
Reducing print - The Book of Abstracts on a CD-Rom.
Recycling - This congress is recycling plastic, glass, cans and paper.
The congress bags are made from cotton, an eco friendly and sustainable material.
