** In order to obtain the special fee for Fellows/Nurses, an approval letter signed by

the head of the department must accompany the registration form (if registered via

the website, please fax the approval to +41 22 906 9140 for the attention of Yulia Rijinsky).

For students, proof of status (valid student card) is required and should accompany the registration form.


Fees for participants include:

  • Participation in WSPID 2013 scientific sessions
  • Congress bag
  • Program and abstract CD
  • Entrance to the exhibition
  • Invitation to the opening ceremony and welcome reception
  • A certificate of attendance

Please ensure the name of the congress and of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.


Cancelation policy

All cancelations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

Before September 4, 2013 - 100% refund (less US $35 handling fee)

From September 9, 2013 until October 4, 2013 - 50% refund

No refund on cancelations sent after October 5, 2013
