Registration Fees (in USD)

Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.

* WIP Member: in order to apply for this category, please ensure your membership is approved and fees are paid for 2011/2012 before you start the registration process. Registration will not be confirmed if membership is not valid.

**In order to obtain the special fee for Resident/Student, an approval letter signed by the head of the department or a student card must accompany the registration form. For Non-Physicians a proof of status is mandatory. Please send approval letter/proof of status by email to WIP2012_reg@kenes.com or by fax to the attention of Mor Kristal to number +41 22 9069140

***Refresher Course is available for all participants however additional payment is required for this function. Registration for the Refresher Course only (without registering for the entire congress) is also optional.

Fees for PARTICIPANTS (excluding Refresher Course only) include:

  • Participation in all scientific sessions
  • Printed Material of the Congress
  • Invitation to the Welcome Reception on Saturday 4th February, 2012
  • Light refreshments between sessions

Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.  

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Faxed or Emailed: 

  • Cancellations received up to and including  November 23, 2011 - full refund.
  • Cancellations received between November 24, 2011 – December 27, 2011 – 50% will be refunded.
  • After December 28, 2011 – no refund will be made.
