Registration Fees in USD:
Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadline

* In order to obtain the special fee for Students, an approval letter signed by the head of the department must accompany the registration form (if registered via the website, please fax the approval to +41 22 732 2850 ).

Fees for Full Registration and Reduced Registration will Include:

• Participation in all scientific sessions.
• Printed material of the Congress.
• An invitation to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday ,November 17th.  
• Coffee breaks and refreshments Tuesday, November 17th – Friday, November 19th, 2009.
• Entrance to the exhibition area.

Fees for Accompanying Person Include:

• Entrance to the exhibition
• Welcome Reception on Tuesday ,November 17th.   
• Two half-day tours.

Cancellation Policy Faxed, Emailed or Post-Marked:

• Postmarked before August 6th, 2009 - 100% refund less $50 handling fee.
• Postmarked from August 7th, 2009- 50% refund
• No refund on cancellations after October 10th, 2009 

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
