In order to learn in advance whether your preferred items were not chosen by another company with a higher level sponsorship, we would require receiving a signed Booking Form with your preferred items by May 31st, 2012. Booking forms which will be received later than that date will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Determination of Allocation
Allocation of items, slots and exhibition will be determined according to level of participation.
