WCN 2013 REGISTRATION FEES 

Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.  
All fees currently include 20% VAT.

Fees for Congress Participants include:

  • Admission to the Congress and the Exhibition
  • Refreshments as indicated in the program
  • Opening ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • Entrance to the 6 Free Teaching Courses as indicated above.

Participants’ fees do not include participation in the Teaching Courses (except for the 6 free ones).

Teaching Course details and registration for the courses will be available in January 2013.

All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and must be paid in addition to the registration fees.


CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

  • Before July 31, 2013 - 100% refund (less 35 Euro handling fee)
  • From August 1 - September 11, 2013 - 50% refund
  • No refund on cancelations sent after September 12, 2013
