*     Low income countries are defined according to the World Bank Country Classification of Low income economies countries; click here to see the Country Classification data. 
**   Trainee/Student status must be certified by a Head of Department. Trainee/Student from Low Middle countries must submit a copy of their passport in addition to the student certificate. Please forward this by email to reg_wcn2013@kenes.com or by fax: +41 22 906 9140 to the attention of WCN registration department.
***Teaching course registration is only available at the additional fee to participants registered for the congress.

• Refreshments as indicated in the program
• Opening ceremony and Welcome Reception
• Entrance to the 6 Free Teaching Courses as indicated above.

Participants’ fees do not include participation in the Teaching Courses (except for the 6 free ones).

Teaching Course details and registration for the courses will be available in January 2013.

Please ensure the name of the congress and of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and must be paid in addition to the registration fees.

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

• Before July 31, 2013 - 100% refund (less 35 Euro handling fee)
• From August 1 - September 11, 2013 - 50% refund
• No refund on cancelations sent after September 12, 2013
