CLIMATE
The average daytime temperature in Vienna in September is 15°C and the days are usually clear and sunny.
CURRENCY
The Euro is the currency of Austria. All the major credit cards are accepted in Austria in places displaying the emblem at the entrance.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
WCN 2013 Participants are requested to consult the Austrian Embassy or Consulate in their home country or with their travel agency for specific details relating to visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required. Participants can email wcn@kenes.com for an invitation letter for visa purposes.
LIABILITY & INSURANCE
The Congress Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
CME ACCREDITATION
WCN 2013 has applied to the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association (AMA) towards the Physician’s Recognition Award (PRA).
