Call for Abstracts 

The Organizing Committee has the pleasure to invite all professionals, including doctors, residents, graduates and students, interested to participate in this Congress submitting your abstracts.

THERE ARE 2 TYPES OF ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION
 
1- COMMUNICATIONS (Research works)

  • Oral Presentation   
  • Poster   

2- CLINICAL CASES  

  • Oral Presentation
  • Poster   

The abstract of Clinical Case should include: introduction, case description and discussion. Abstracts will only be considered if they relate to an area of ​​internal medicine or subspeciality.

Abstracts Submission

General Rules for Abstract Submission

  • Abstract must be written in english

  • Abstracts should include the following structured information:
    - Objectives
    - Material and methods
    - Results
    - Conclusions

  • Abstract should not to exceed 400 words.

  • All abstracts received will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

  • Notification of the results will be made on 9 July 2012.
     

  • If your abstract is accepted, the presenting author must be registered in the
    Congress in order to present the paper.

Types of presentation

There are 2 types of presentation: Oral and Poster. Authors should indicate the type of presentation preferred to send their abstract. However, the final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee, which will assign the final allocation to oral communications or Poster sessions.
 

OTHERS GUIDELINES FOR ABSTRACTS SUBMISSION

1. The abstract should be as informative as possible:
  a) State specific object of study
  b) State method used, if pertinent
  c) Summarise results obtained
  d) State conclusions reached
2. Standard abbreviations may be used.
3. Inclusion in the scientific program and Abstract CD-Rom is dependent on payment of registration fees.
4. Abstracts should be submitted in correct English
5. Abstract length should not exceed 400 words.

  • Abstract must be written in english
  • Abstracts should include the following structured information:
    - Introduction and Description
    - Discussion: Describe the diagnostic and therapeutic approach

  • Abstract not to exceed 400 words.

  • All abstracts received will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

  • Notification of the results will be made on 9 July 2012.

  • If your abstract is accepted, presenting author must be register in the
    Congress in order to present the paper.

The final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee, which will assign the type of presentation.
