CANCELLATION POLICY - HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

All changes/cancellations must be received in writing by fax or email. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

• Cancellation of room/nights received until 10 AUG ‐ full refund less US$ 30 handling fee.
• Cancellation of room/nights received between 11AUG and 19 SEP ‐ will be penalized with 1 night cancellation fee.
• Cancellation of room/nights received from 20 SEP onwards ‐ no refund

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be nonrefundable.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Kenes Latin America and its agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accidents, delays or inconveniences that - for any reason whatsoever - could affect any person and / or their luggage or other items of personal property. Shall not be liable for any tourist service that was provided. It is recommended that all participants take out personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

The hotels check in and checkout times are at 15:00 and 12:00 hours respectively.
