Registration fees for participants include:

- Light refreshments at coffee breaks
- One on one meetings
Registration Cancellation Policy:All cancellations must be faxed, emailed or posted:
Cancellation received up to October 17, 2009 - full refund less $35 handling fee
Cancellation received up to November 01, 2009 – 50% will be refunded
Cancellation received after November 01, 2009 – no refund will be made
