- Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in all official conference publications.
- A condition of submission is that you agree to such publication and to surrender any copyright over the abstract as submitted to WATEC 2009.
We recommend using word-processing software (for example, Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words. Typing your text directly into the field is not recommended for the following reasons:
- You will not be able to see the abstract after pressing the Submit button
- You will not have a copy
- You cannot check the number of words
Upon submitting your abstract via this website, you will receive an “abstract reference number” indicating that your abstract has been submitted successfully. Should you not receive this please contact us immediately, to ensure all is fine with your submission.
Images, tables, diagrams and graphs should be image files (JPG/PNG/GIF). Images reduce the number of words allowed in your abstract text. Once the uploading and inserting of images into the abstract body is complete, the reduced number of words for abstract text will be advised.
Please note that images may be resized to comply with the CD production.
Abstracts must be in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
Abstracts by mail or fax will not be accepted. In cases of genuine difficulties with uploading on the website, please contact the Secretariat: watec@kenes.com
