Hotel Accommodation

All rates are per room, per night and include breakfast, all tax and service charges.
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodations as soon as possible in order to guarantee these posted rates as well as availability at the hotel of your choice.
Kenes Tours will not be able to guarantee rooms after, October 17,2009.

VAT REGULATIONS

In accordance with prevailing law, all rates are subject to VAT - Value Added Tax (currently 16.5%) where applicable. Holders of Diplomatic Passports and holders of Foreign Passports, stamped with a 3 month Tourist Permit by the Israeli Border Control are exempt of VAT. Holders of any other permits are required by law to pay VAT. The stamped Passport must be presented upon check in at the hotel reception desk.

Extra room nights before and after the convention are subjected to availability. Room rates may vary.

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied or if payment made in FULL via bank transfer.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel.

The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding payment.

Payment instructions:

Hotel reservations should be accompanied by the corresponding deposit of 1 nights hotel accommodation.

Please note: 21 days prior to your check in at the hotel, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation.

Participants, who paid their deposit by bank transfer or cheque, are required to send the balance of the outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International 7 days prior to arrival. 

Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodations prior to arrival.

Important: All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.

If payment is made by a company or for more than one person, please make sure all names are indicated.

CANCELLATION POLICY – HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

All changes/cancellations must be received in writing by fax or email to Kenes International.
Please do not contact the hotel directly. 
Changes/cancellations received 21 days prior to arrival – full refund less handling fee of $35.
Changes/cancellations received 20-10 days prior to arrival – 1 night cancellation charge.
Cancellations/changes received Less than 10 days prior to arrival – no refund
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and payment will be non refundable.
