Registration Fees (inclusive of 20% VAT)

*     Valid membership password required
**    In order to obtain the special fee for Student, an approval letter signed by the head of the department, or a copy of a valid student card must accompany the registration form or sent via email to reg_was11@kenes.com or sent via fax to +41 22 906 9140.

*** Proof of Nurses/Residents in Training/Therapists status (ie. certificate) must be submitted with registration to the Congress Secretariat reg_was11@kenes.com.

-Registration will be confirmed only upon full payment. Unpaid registrations will not be valid.

-Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate.

• Admission to the Scientific Sessions
• Participant bag with congress material
• Welcome Reception

Registration fees must be paid only in EURO (€)
Registration fees can be paid by the following methods:  

• By credit card: MasterCard / Visa / American Express 
  Your monthly credit card statement will indicate payment made to 'Kenes International'. 
• By bank transfer:  (in Euro only)

  Important: All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
  Please remember to specify name of participant on the bank transfer document. 
  If payment is made by a company or for more than one person, please make sure all names are indicated.

The completed registration form together with the required payment must be received by March 31, 2011, in order to benefit from the reduced registration fee. Thereafter the registration fees will increase as published. Registration may also be made on-site.
 

Confirmation

As soon as the Secretariat has received the completed registration form and the required payment, a written confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked.
Prior to March 31, 2011- Full refund less €35 handling fees
From April 1, 2011 until May 10, 2011 - 50% refund
From May 11, 2011 – No refund
