Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked:
Notification received in writing prior to December 22, 2008: Full refund less €35 handling fee.
Notification received in writing from December 23, 2008 until January 30, 2009: 50% refund.
Cancellation received in writing from January 31, 2009: no refund.
