AIRPORT INFORMATION AND TRAVEL TO RIGA

Riga International Airport is one of the fastest growing in the world. In 2001 the airport was refurbished making Riga International Aiport is a sleek, modern and functional airport. All the facilities you need are available, such as bureaux de change and ATM machines. Security, passport control and baggage is usually much easier than at larger airports.

Getting into the city is simple. Cover the 13km in a cab for less than 10 lats (about 15 Euros), or hop on the number 22 city bus to Central Station for 0.2 lat, or the airport express 22a to Reval Hotel for 0.25 lat. Both are in the city centre. You shouldn't expect to wait more than 15-20 mins for  a bus and the journey will take you around 30 minutes.

For more information on transport from the airport, please visit the website at: http://www.riga-airport.com/
