Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before January 22, 2009 – 100% refund (minus €50 handling fee)
Postmarked from January 23, 2009 until March 23, 2009 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations send after March 24, 2009
