Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied; alternatively please forward a deposit of one night per room within 10 working days from the booking date.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of their hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.
If your hotel reservation is being made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the corresponding hotel confirmation directly from the sponsoring company.
Cancellation Policy - Accommodation Booking
Cancellations or changes should be received in writing to Kenes International (by fax or e-mail).
Please do not contact the hotel directly.
- Cancellations/changes received up to 15 days prior to arrival– full refund less 35€ handling fee
- Cancellation/changes received 14-10 days prior to arrival – 1 night cancellation charge
- Cancellation/changes received less than 10 days prior to arrival – no refund
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be
non-refundable.
Late arrival /early departure fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confi rmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

Payment of accommodation fees should be made in Euro by the following methods:

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fess.
Please make sure the name of the Conference and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
Please note that 3 weeks prior to your arrival in Berlin, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit by bank transfer are required to send the balance of the accommodation charge to Kenes International 3 weeks before arrival. Cancellation policy applies for all payments received.
Group Booking

Due to the popularity of the destination we strongly recommend early booking of hotel accommodation.
