Hotel Accommodation

All rates are quoted in KRW, per room, per night including breakfast and service charges (subject to change).

The local tax amount of 10% will automatically be added upon reservation to the above published room rates. All rates are subject to change

**  All credit cards will be charged in USD according to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.  

BOOKING

Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied or alternatively a deposit of one night accommodation is forwarded by bank transfer.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

For hotel reservation made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

PAYMENT

Full payment for accommodation, provided by Kenes International is payable (less deposit) before your arrival in Seoul.

• Kenes International accepts by credit card Visa, Master Card, AMEX credit cards.                                                         All credit cards will be charged in USD according to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fess.
Please make sure the name of the Conference and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

Please note that 3 weeks prior to arrival in Seoul, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit with a bank transfer are required to send the balance of outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International 21 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY – HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

• Cancellations of rooms/nights received until 16 days prior to arrival (until September 26, 2010)- full refund less handling charge of USD $50.
• Cancellations of rooms/nights received between 15-10 days prior to arrival (until October 3, 2010) - 1 night’s cancellation charge
• Cancellation of rooms/nights received from October 3, 2010 - No refund

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and all payments will be non-refundable.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.
