Cancellation policy:
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before July 14, 2010 - 100% refund (minus $50 handling fee).
Postmarked between July 15 -September 14, 2010 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after September 14, 2010.
