In order to benefit from the lower registration fees, it is recommended to register before Friday 15 December 2011.

On-line registration will be available until midnight on Thursday 3 March 2012, thereafter the website will be closed.

Payment

Payment should be made in advance of the Course by one of the following methods:

  • MasterCard/Visa/AMEX. Please note that all fees will be charged at the actual rate at the time of the transaction. NO other credit cards can be accepted.
  • Cheque or banker’s draft, in pounds sterling only, drawn on a UK bank made payable to Kenes UK re: IMPERIAL SPINE

Please note:

  • Payment for early registration must be received by 15 December 2011 in order to benefit from the lower registration fees.
  • Payment not received before the Course is considered on-site and will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Organising Secretariat, Kenes UK to imperialspine@kenes.com

Registration cancellations will be accepted until 8 February 2012 with a refund as follows:

  • Emailed, faxed or postmarked prior to 11 January 2012 - Full refund (less 10% administration fee)
  • Emailed, faxed or postmarked from 12 January to 8 February 2012 - 50% refund
  • Emailed, faxed or postmarked after 9 February 2012 - No refunds will be given

Confirmations and Joining Instructions

An electronic invoice/receipt will be sent to you once you have completed the on-line registration. This also serves as confirmation of your registration. In addition, final delegate information will be sent to you electronically in February 2012 to assist with your attendance at the course.

Please ensure you submit your correct email address when registering.

However, the Course Secretariat and its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Course, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The course secretariat and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of cancellation of the meeting all pre-paid fees will be refunded in full. However, the Course Secretariat and its agents are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such cancellation. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Course does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
