Open VS. Endoscopic: A Comparison of Skull Base Approaches

We are extremely fortunate that Carl Snyderman and Paul Gardner have agreed to organise what we are sure will be an excellent course.

Places will be limited with a planned 12 stations (2 x participants per station and limited to 6 observers).
