As the number of sufferers of skin cancer reaches epidemic levels, the 12th World Congress on Cancers of the Skin will provide future and global strategies to combat the most common cancer worldwide.Every two years, hundreds of leaders in the fi eld of skin cancer from around the world attend the World Congress on Cancers of the Skin to learn and network. Expert speakers offer cutting-edge knowledge based on relevant, innovative and rigorous research to provide the ultimate opportunity for dermatologists, plastic surgeons and oncologists to learn about breakthrough international discoveries in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of all types of skin cancer.

The active input of the Scientific Committee is gratefully acknowledged for its role in the preparation of an exciting Scientifi c Program that will present the best advances in the fi eld of Skin Cancer and we welcome all health professionals to submit their abstracts.

April 2009 will mark the 100th anniversary of the city of Tel Aviv. The Centennial is meant both to underscore Tel Aviv’s status as an international city and to highlight its vitality and accomplishments. Lying along a beautiful beach strip of the Mediterranean, Tel-Aviv is Israel’s largest city and biggest commercial center. It is a busy metropolis, which invigorates its visitors with a unique energetic atmosphere, fun entertainment venues, exotic markets, nonstop active nightlife, golden beaches, restaurants as well as museums, galleries, and theatres.
