Hotel Accommodation

Kenes International is the official agent for 12^th World Congress on Cancers of the Skin and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation.  

 *    Rates quoted are per room, per night, including breakfast.

Please note: For Israeli participants rates are subject to additional VAT payment (15.5%).
Any changes in VAT will be reflected in the room rates at the time of payment. The charge will be made in NIS and according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.

BOOKING

Online registration is no longer possible. 

To register by fax or mail please complete the Registration and Accommodation Form.

Send the enclosed Registration & Accommodation Form with the required deposit by Fax or Mail at your earliest convenience.

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after April 10, 2009.

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied; alternatively please forward a deposit of 1 night's accommodation.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

For hotel reservation made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

For block bookings (10 rooms and up) companies are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail to reg_wccs2009@kenes.com. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

PAYMENT

Payment of accommodation fees should be made in USD or NIS (for Israeli participant) by one off the following methods:

• By Credit Card: i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express*
   * Payments made with American Express will be charged in U.S. Dollars according to the exchange rate at the day of the transaction.

  All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.
  Please ensure the name of the congress and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

Please note 3 weeks prior to your arrival in Tel Aviv, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants, who have paid with a bank transfer or cheque, need to send this balance to Kenes International. Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodations.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION

Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Kenes International (by e-mail or fax)

Please do not contact the hotel directly.

• Cancellations/changes received up to 15 days prior to arrival - full refund less $35 handling fee
• Cancellations/changes received 14-10 days prior to arrival - 1 night cancellation charge
• Cancellations/changes received less than 10 days prior to arrival - no refund

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and the payment will be non-refundable.
