Travel Information
The airport is 7km from the town centre and a 15 minute drive from Acropolis. From the airport, you can easily get the bus (#98) to the center of Nice which stops along the Promenade Anglaise (along the sea front) at 2-3 different locations.

A new concept has arrived in Nice, which is a personal powered taxi. This type of “taxi” does not pollute the environment and they look like covered bicycles.

Nice can easily be reached from all corners of the globe.

Access by road
The geographical location of Nice, at the foot of the Alps and close to the Italian border, means the town is at the hub of a road and motorway network linking it to all major French and European towns. The Estérel motorway links Nice directly to Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Belgium. There is a motorway exit 5 minutes drive from Acropolis.

Access by air
Nice Cote d’Azur airport is France’s busiest international airport after Paris and serves both domestic and international flights. It has regular flights to 82 destinations around the world. 45 airlines provide regular flights to locations the world over with 82 destinations in 27 different countries. There are more than 1330 flights per day.

Access by rail
Nice is also a major railway junction (T.G.V. - high speed train, local line). There are 11 international routes providing a regular service and 20 trains daily to France’s major cities. By T.G.V. Paris is just six and a half hours away, with 2 trains per day in winter and 4 - 5 in summer. The railway station is located in the town centre, 4 km from Acropolis. From the center of Nice, you can get the #4 bus to the train station.
