Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked:
- Notification received in writing prior to May 7, 2009: Full refund less €35 handling fee.
- Notification received in writing from May 8, 2009 until June 5, 2009: 50% refund.
- Cancellation received in writing from June 6, 2009: no refund.
