Disclaimer: Payment for early registration must be received by 9th September 2011 in order to benefit from the lower registration fees, standard payments by 10 September 2011, and late payment by 28 November 2011. Payment not received before the meeting is considered on-site and will be charged accordingly. Registration and payment should be made by 28 November 2011. After this date, the online system will be closed and registration will be only be available on-site.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Kenes UK to ovarianscreening@kenes.com
Registration cancellations will be accepted until 6 November 2011 with a refund as follows:
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked prior to 10 October 2011 - Full refund (less 10% administration fee)
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked from 10 October - 6 November - 50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked after 6 November - No refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
