All changes/cancellations must be received in writing by fax or email to Kenes UK. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
- Cancellations of booking/nights received 31 days prior to arrival: full refund.
- Cancellations of booking/nights received 30-21 days prior to arrival: one night fee will be charged.
- Cancellations of booking/nights received less than 20 days prior to arrival: no refund.
