• All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and must be paid in addition to the registration fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

• Before February 22, 2013 – 100% refund (less 35 USD handling fee)
• From February 23, 2013 until April 8, 2013 – 50% refund
• No refund on cancelations sent after April 8, 2013
