Please note that only posters of presening authors who have registered for the Congress up to Thursday, February 18 will be included in the Congress publications. Any presenting authors who have not registered by this date will not have their abstracts published. If you have not registered by this date and wish to have your abstract still included please contact the Secretariat at neuropathic@kenes.com to inform.
Selected posters will be chosen to write a full paper for the Congress Proceedings to be published by Medimond. Please note that the publication is not being produced by the Congress Secretariat and Medimond will contact you directly. Publication of a full paper is at a cost to the author.
Please note the following information for the preparation of your poster:
- There are two poster sessions taking place on Friday, May 28 and Saturday, May 29. Each poster will be displayed for one day.
- The Poster Committee will be reviewing the posters during these sessions and Best Poster Prizes will be awarded in the closing ceremony on Sunday, May 30 between 12:30 – 13:00
- Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that poster be prepared on one sheet of cardboard.
- The poster boards are landscape in orientation, and the measurements are 90cm high x 180cm wide.
- Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
- The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
- Double sided tape and technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters. Staff will also be in the poster area to assist you.
- Please refer to the Final Programme book that you will receive upon arrival at the Conference for the poster board number assigned to you.
- Please use the board with the same number.
