Hotel Accommodation

Kenes International is the official organizer of the NANO Israel 2010, and will be offering special rates for accommodation.

We strongly recommend that hotel accommodation is booked early and will be happy to be of assistance in all matters concerning hotel reservations for the Conference.

Please note:  The Dan Panorama Hotel (conference venue) will be undergoing renovations during November (the lobby will be temporarily relocated and the swimming pool will not be available).

The conference will be held in the convention center of the Dan Panorama Hotel and will not be affected by the renovations.

Rates are in USD per room, per night and include breakfast.
All rates are subject to change.

Please note: For Local participants rates are subject to additional VAT payment (currently 16%).
Any changes in VAT will be reflected in the room rates at the time of payment. The charge will be made in NIS and according to the rate of exchange on day of transaction.

Kenes Tours will not be able to guaranty rooms after October 8^th, 2010.

PAYMENT

Hotel reservations should be accompanied by the corresponding deposit of 1night’s hotel accommodation.

Please note- 3 weeks prior to your check in at the hotel, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation.

Participants, who paid their deposit by bank transfer or cheque, are required to send the balance of the outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International 3 weeks prior to arrival.  

Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodations prior to arrival.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation costs.

Please ensure the name of the conference and participant are clearly stated on the bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All changes or cancellations should be made in writing to Kenes International. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Cancellations/changes received up to 15 days prior to arrival - full refund less USD 35 handling fee.
Cancellations/changes received between 14 to 10 days prior to arrival - 1 night cancellation charge.
Cancellations/changes received less than 10 days prior to arrival – no refund. 
In the event of non arrival the hotel will automatically release the reservation and payment will be non-refundable.

Late arrival /Early Departure Fee:

If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

Important Notes

Kenes International reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar grade or better.
Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
