STUDENT RATE IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR ONSITE REGISTRATION.

DUE TO THE VERY HIGH LEVEL OF ATTANDANCE WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO PROVIDE LUNCH WITHIN THE CONFERENCE FRAMEWORK.

THERE WILL BE A POSSIBILITY OF PURCHASING ON SITE, AND AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE, VOUCHERS FOR LUNCHES AT VENUES OTHER THAN THE INBAL HOTEL.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be faxed, emailed or posted:
Cancellation received up to March 2, 2009 - full refund less $35 handling fee
Cancellation received up to March 15, 2009 – 50% will be refunded
Cancellation received after March 15, 2009 – no refund will be made
