The MDS 2013 abstract review system is run by the Scientific Programme Committee composed of two teams of reviewers.
Six reviewers will review topics within the category of Biology and six will review topics within the category of Clinical.
Each reviewer will review and score (on a scale of 1 lowest to 10 highest) every abstract in their category.
The Scientific Programme Committee will then hold two teleconferences, one for each of the categories and chaired by a coordinating reviewer.
These teleconferences will create suggestions for oral presentations and plenary talks.
Both coordinating reviewers will then meet on a final teleconference to decide the plenary session, the abstracts for oral presentation and the prize winners.
Be assured that notifications will be sent prior to the Early Registration Deadline of March 13, 2013.
Review will be held again for late-breaking poster submissions for MDS 2013 - for which submission deadline dates will be published shortly.
