In order to obtain the special fee for Trainee, an approval letter signed by the head of the department or a student card must accompany the registration form (If registered via the website, please mail to mascc12_reg@kenes.com  or fax the letter/card to the attention of Rachel Gavrieli).

** MASCC Members who wish to benefit from the reduced registration rates must have renewed their membership for 2012 before registering for the symposium.

*** Registration will be confirmed only upon full payment. Unpaid registrations will not be valid. Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate.

Fees for all Meeting Participants include:

  • Participation in all scientific sessions
  • Symposium printed material
  • Invitation to the Welcome Reception on Thursday June 28, 2012
  • Entrance to the General Assembly
  • Entrance to the Exhibition

Payment of registration fees (in $USD) can be made as follows:

• Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
 A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.


Registration Cancellation Policy:

Faxed or emailed:

  • Cancellations received up and including April 10th, 2012 – full refund less $35 handling fee.
  • Cancellations received between April 11th to May 19th, 2012 – 50% will be refunded.
  • After May 20th, 2012– no refund will be made.
