Participants who become NEW EASL Members after January 1, 2013, will be entitled to all EASL membership benefits excluding the ‘EASL Member’ Registration fees for the International Liver Congress™.EASL is a society composed of individual members.

** Under 35 at the time of the congress and in Training. Proof of age and status must be sent to the registration department. (Not part of the bursary programme).

***Proof of nurse status is mandatory. Relevant documentation must be sent to the registration department.

Important information: help us reduce paper wastage

EASL is very much aware of the amount of waste that is generated during a congress, in particular when it comes to printed documents. In order to support a more environmentally friendly congress, EASL is proposing to drastically cut its print volume by offering electronic alternatives to the final programme, abstract book and Postgraduate syllabus. All three publications will be available for download to your computer, smartphone or tablet before the start of the congress. During the registration procedure you will still be offered the option to request a printed copy of the publications. Almost 10 tons of paper were used for last year's congress printed materials, many of which were discarded onsite. Please consider your actual needs before ordering a printed copy.

Any bank charges incurred are the participant’s responsibility and should be paid in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations should be made by email only. Refund of registration fees will be as follows: 
* Cancellations received until and including February 20, 2013 – 100% refund (less €35 handling fee)
* No refunds will be made for cancellations done from February 21, 2013

Group Registration

Group Registration procedure will be valid for minimum of 10 participants.
