As the official organizer for “LACA 2010”, Kenes International is pleased to welcome you to Buenos Aires and to offer special reduced rates at the city’s hotels.

The Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel will be the Congress Venue.

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.

Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are supplied; alternatively please forward the required deposit (in USD) by bank transfer or cheque.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

For hotel reservations made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Please note, 3 weeks prior to arrival in Buenos Aires, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid with a bank transfer or cheque, need to send this balance to Kenes International. Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodations.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION

• Cancellations received 15 days prior to arrival – full refund less (USD 50)bank charges.
• Cancellations received 14-10 days prior to arrival – non-refundable deposit.
• Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival – no refund.

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable. If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made. If you know you will arrive late please notify the accommodation manager (e-mail: laca_acc@kenes.com) to ensure that your room will not be released.

GROUP BOOKING

We have personally selected hotels in Buenos Aires with various price categories, and we have allocated a large number of rooms for congress participants.

Due to the popularity of the destination we strongly recommend early booking of hotel accommodation.
