Registration Fees

* Valid 2010 EASL Membership is required.

**Under 35 years of age and in training. Proof of age and status must be sent with registration to the Conference secretariat.

***Proof of nurse status is mandatory. Relevant documentation must be sent with registration to the Conference secretariat.

Registration fees include: Conference printed material and registration kit, coffee and lunches at breaks as indicated in the program and an invitation to the Conference Reception.

Cancellation Policy

Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:

Cancellation received up to July 28, 2010 - full refund less € 35 handling fee will be made.
Cancellation received up to September 6, 2010 – 50% refund will be made
After September 7, 2010- no refunds will be made.

All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the payable fees.

Please make sure the name of the Conference and the participant are indicated on the bank transfer.

Group Registration

For group registrations (10 participants or more) companies are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail to Kenes International (reg_deltahep@easl.eu).
