Registration

On-line registration is now closed. Registration will be available onsite as from Sunday, March 14.

Registration desks will be situated at the David Intercontinental hotel lobby (Tel-Aviv) for the duration of the Congress.

* Participants registering as students must provide a letter from their head of department to support their application for a Student’s rate.

Please note: registration fees for local participants include VAT (16%). Any changes in VAT will be reflected in the registration fees at the time of payment. Exchange rate for Israeli participant  will be done by the daily exchange rate.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate.

Fee for participants include:

  • Participation in all scientific sessions
  • Congress Bag
  • Program and Abstract Book
  • Printed material of the Congress
  • Access to the exhibition
  • Invitation to the Welcome Reception and Opening Ceremony
  • Invitation to the Sputum Cup
  • Refreshments between sessions 

 Fee for accompanying person include:

  • Invitation to the Welcome Reception and Opening Ceremony
  • One half day tour

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be received in writing:
  • Until December 14, 2009 – Full refund less handling fee of 35 USD.
  • Until January 24, 2010 - 50% refund
  • As of January 25, 2010 - No refunds.

Payment of registration fees may be made as follows:

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participants and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
