The International Society for Eye Research
The International Society for Eye Research (ISER) was founded in 1968 to establish an international organization to support eye and vision research. In June 2010, the Society had over 400 members from approximately 28 countries. The organization holds a biennial International Congress of Eye Research, and has national chapters in China, Japan, Israel, and Russia. ISER's official journal is Experimental Eye Research.
