Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Kenes UK to IPSA@kenes.com
Registration cancellations will be accepted until 07 November 2012 with a refund as follows:
· Emailed, faxed or postmarked prior to 10 October 2012
Full refund less 10% administration fee
· Emailed, faxed or postmarked from 10 October 2012 to 07 November 2012
50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
· Emailed, faxed or postmarked after 07 November 2012
No refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
Letters for Visa Applications
If you require a letter to confirm your registration (for visa application purposes) please complete the online registration form and make payment. Once payment has been received we will be able to email a letter to you. Please email IPSA@kenes.com to request a letter.
