On-line registration will be available until and including March 6th , 2013. Thereafter the website will be closed.

Important: All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and must be paid in addition to the registration fees.

Please remember to specify the name of the Congress and the participant on the bank transfer document. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be faxed or electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

  • Until January 10, 2013 - 100% refund (less 35 Euro handling fee)
  • From January 11, 2013 until February 13, 2013 - 50% refund
  • No refund on cancelations sent after February 13, 2013
