CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be faxed or electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
- Until January 10, 2013 - 100% refund (less 35 Euro handling fee)
- From January 11, 2013 until February 13, 2013 - 50% refund
- No refund on cancelations sent after February 13, 2013
