Cancellation Policy:

Faxed, emailed or post-marked:

• Cancellations received up to August 10, 2010 – full refund less € 35 bank handling fee
• Cancellations received between August 11, 2010 – September  21, 2010 – 50% refund will be made
• After September 22, 2010 – no refunds will be made

Payment:

Payment of registration fees should be made in Euro by the following methods:

*Payments made with American Express will be charged in U.S. Dollars according to the exchange rate at the day of the transaction.
