Dear Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the 13th Biennial Meeting of the International Gynecologic Cancer Society and the Officers and Council of the IGCS, it is our pleasure to invite you to the Meeting, which will be held from October 23-26, 2010, in the beautiful city of Prague, Czech Republic.
Prague, located at the center of the Czech Republic and the center of Europe, has been a crossroads for traders since pre-recorded times. From the Castle District to the Old Town and from the Jewish Quarter to the Charles Bridge, Prague is a feast for the eyes. While it is one of the most accessible cities for pedestrians, it also offers convenient public transportation and features a wide variety of restaurants and pubs. Autumn, when the gardens turn to red and gold, is a particularly beautiful time to see the city.
The Scientific Program Committee has already begun its work. Among the offerings will be Interactive, Free Communication, Meet-the-Professor Sessions and Tumor Boards. In addition, we are planning pre-meeting Surgical, Fellows’, Nursing and Pathology Symposia. The meeting will provide you with the opportunity to learn about the latest clinical advances as well as international developments in research, practice and treatment.
The Local Organizing Committee is planning enjoyable social events where you can interact with colleagues from around the world, and interesting pre-and post-meeting tours will be available.
