Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied; alternatively please forward a deposit of one night per room.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of their hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.
If your hotel reservation is being made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the corresponding hotel confirmation directly from the sponsoring company.

CANCELLATION POLICY – HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Kenes International.
Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.
- Until 16 days prior to arrival (i.e. October 7, 2010): full refund less handling charge of €30
- Between 15-10 days prior to arrival (i.e. October 13, 2010): 1 night’s cancellation charge
- Cancellations received from October 14, 2010 - No refund
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and all payments will be non-refundable.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.

Payment of registration Fees should be made in Euro by the following methods:

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fess.
Please make sure the name of the Conference and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
Please note that 3 weeks prior to arrival in Prague, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit by bank transfer or cheque are required to send the balance of the accommodation charge to Kenes International, 3 weeks before arrival. Cancellation policy applies for all payments received.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
Official check-in time in all hotels is 15:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours.
