We strongly recommend that hotel accommodation is booked early and will be happy to be of assistance in all matters concerning hotel reservations for the Congress. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after July 26, 2010.
Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied or alternatively a deposit of one night accommodation is forwarded by bank transfer within 10 working days.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.
For hotel reservation made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.
Payment
Payment of accommodation fees should be made in CAD$ (Canadian Dollars) by one of the following methods:
- Credit Card: i.e. Visa, MasterCard or American Express*
* Payments made with American Express will be charged in U.S. Dollars according to the exchange rate at the day of the transaction

* Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.
* Please make sure the name of the congress and the participant are stated on the bank transfer
Please note that 3 weeks prior to arrival, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit by bank transfer are required to send the balance of the accommodation charge to “ICS 2010” Accommodation department - 21 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes should be received in writing to Kenes International (by fax or e-mail). Please do not contact the hotel directly.
- Cancellations/changes received up to 60 days prior to arrival– full refund less CAD$25 handling fee
- Cancellation/changes received 59-30 days prior to arrival – 1 night cancellation charge.
- Cancellation/changes received less than 30 days prior to arrival – no refund
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable.
Late Arrival /Early Departure Fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.
