Registration Fees (in US$)

Fees apply to payments received prior to the indicated deadlines.

* Developing countries(Group B) are defined according to the World Bank Country Classification of Low 
  income and Lower-middle- income economies; click here to see the Country Classification data.

** In order to obtain the special fee for Student, an approval letter signed by the head of the department, together with a copy
  of a valid student card must accompany the registration form (if registered via the website, please mail to 
  icao_reg@kenes.com or fax the letter to the attention of Shirley Milner.

- Registration will be confirmed only upon full payment. Unpaid registrations will not be valid.
- Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. 

Fees for Participants include:

• Participation in scientific sessions
• Entrance to the Exhibition
• Get-Together Reception
• The printed material of the Congress
• Refreshments between sessions

Payment of registration fees (in US$) can be made as follows:

• Please ensure that the name of the meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate.

 A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account on time.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:

• Cancellations received up to 22 December 2010 – full refund less $50 handling fee.
• Cancellations received  up to 1 January , 2011 – 50% will be refunded
• After 1 January, 2011– no refund will be made.
