Ecological Reserve
In keeping with the success and tradition of the initial 5k Fun Run, the 2nd International Congress on Abdominal Obesity will host the 2nd Annual 5k Fun Run, in the Buenos Aires Ecological Reserve.
Our aim is to spread the message that increased physical activity is needed to help prevent abdominal obesity and its complications, while enjoy the sights and sounds of the nature of Buenos Aires.
Participation in the 5k Fun Run is free for all participants of the 2nd International Congress on Abdominal Obesity. While there will be no restriction to the number
of race participants, all partakers must register in order to take part in the Fun Run.
The schedule is as follows:
06:00 am: Participants should pick up their registration at the Desk (located in the Hilton lobby).
06:15 am: Participants will walk from the Hilton Hotel to Starting Point (approximately 6 blocks), and warm up on the way.
06:30 am: 5K Fun Run starts.
07:10 am: Participants will be nearing the Finishing line; Walk back to hotel.
Come show your Congress spirit at the 5k Fun Run, and be sure to bring your running shoes!
