Hotel Accommodation

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR NABUCCO PARTICIPANTS:
If you have bought a package to Nabucco, which includes the night of 3-4 June, 2010, and still wish to keep your original room that you have booked and stayed in at the King David, David Citadel and Mamilla you will only be charged USD150 for this night. This offer is valid for hotel rooms only, but not for suites. If you have booked a suite, and wish to keep it for that night, you will be charged the full rate as per your original booking.

If you decide not to avail yourself of this offer, you will be required to vacate and check out of the Jerusalem hotel on the morning of the 3rd and re-check in on return from the Dead Sea on the 4th.


All rates are per room, per night and include breakfast, all tax and service charges. We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodations as soon as possible in order to guarantee these posted rates as well as availability at the hotel of your choice.

VAT REGULATIONS

In accordance to prevailing law, all rates are subject to VAT - Value Added Tax (currently 16%) where applicable. Holders of Diplomatic Passports and holders of Foreign Passports, stamped with a 3 month Tourist Permit  by the Israeli Border Control are exempt of VAT. Holders of any other permits are required by law to pay VAT. The stamped Passport must be presented upon check in.

Extra room nights before and after the convention are subjected to availability. Room rates may vary.

• Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied or if payment made in FULL via bank transfer.
• Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding payment.

HOTEL RATES

**The David Citadel's policy excludes Saturday check-ins and check-outs. If you wish to check in on Saturday, you will have to pay for the Friday night; if you check out on Saturday, you will also have to pay for the Saturday night.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All changes/cancellations must be received in writing by fax or e-mail to Kenes International.
Please do not contact the hotel directly.
Until 30 days prior to arrival - Refund is 100%
Between 29 – 7 days prior to arrival - 1 night’s stay.
Less than 7 nights and in the event of non-arrival, payment will be non refundable.

Late Arrival / Early Departure Fee
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person or his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.

Official check-in time is 14:00 hours and check out is 12:00 noon.
