WELCOME RECEPTION

The Welcome Reception will take place on Friday, February 26, 2010 at 18:30 in the Exhibition.

NAME BADGE

All participants and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their name badges throughout the Congress in order to be admitted to the lecture halls and scheduled activities.

EVALUATIONS AND SURVEY

Session evaluations will be included in the on-line post-congress survey participants will receive via e-mail adter the congress.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Certificates of attendance will be available for all participants at the pre-registration stations in the registration area from 07:30 on Saturday, February 27, 2010.
Please ensure that you have your name badge with you as you will need the barcode which appears on your badge in order to print your certificate.

Internet services for checking e-mail messages is available, free of charge in the exhibition area and will be operational in accordance with exhibition opening hours.

The best presentation awards will be announced during the Closing Ceremony on Sunday, February 28, 2010, 12:15-12:45.

SMOKING POLICY

This is a non-smoking event.

VISA

Participants are requested to check with the American consulate or diplomatic mission in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements.  It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.  United States Authorities require a valid visa for at least 6 months from date of entry.

LETTER OF INVITATION

Official letters of invitation designed to help overcome administrative difficulties in certain countries will be posted on the congress website for participants’ use.  This invitation is meant only to help visitors to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa, and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.

LIABILITY AND INSURANGE

The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property either during or indirectly arising from the congress. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to personal health and travel insurance.
