Rates quoted below are exclusive breakfast and of appropriate state and local taxes, fees and assessments, currently 14.5% and subject to change.

We strongly recommend that hotel accommodation is booked early and will be happy to be of assistance in all matters concerning hotel reservations for the Congress, Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after January 15, 2010. 

How to book

Hotel reservations will be confirmed only if credit card details are fully supplied or alternatively, a deposit of one night’s accommodation is forwarded by bank transfer within 10 working days.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit. For hotel reservations made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

Group booking

For group bookings (10 rooms and up) companies are requested to contact Ms. Shirley Milner at: smilner@kenes.com.
Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

Payment of registration fees should be made in USD by the following methods:

* Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in
   addition to the registration and accommodation fees

Please note that 3 weeks prior to arrival to Washington D.C. your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid by bank transfer are required to send the balance of outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International. Full pre-payment is required for all hotel accommodations.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations or changes should be received in writing to Kenes International (by fax or email). Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.

• Cancelations of roooms/nights received until December 18, 2009: full refund less $35
  handling fee
• Cancelations of roooms/nights received from December 19, 2009 to February 1, 2010:
  1 night cancelation/change charge
• Cancelations of roooms/nights  received from February 2, 2010: no refund will be made
