Cancellation Policy:
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat, Kenes UK to FTD-kenes@kenes.com
Registration cancellations will be accepted until 13 August 2012 with a refund as follows:
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked prior to 16 July 2012 - Full refund (less 10% administration fee)
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked from 16 July - 13 August 2012- 50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked after 13 August 2012 - No refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
